REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & CHANGES
Making a change to your order prior to dispatch:
 
We are more than happy to make alterations to your order - sizes, quantities, styles - prior to them being dispatched but please do your best to contact us within 24 hours to tell us - otherwise we may have started making them!  The quickest, and probably most reliable way, is to call and speak to Ann directly on 07774 626677.  Alternatively, please email us at sales@annrees.co.uk.
Please note that any changes made may affect the cost of your order and may require you to make additional payment.  Likewise, where your changes reduce the overall cost of your order, we will refund you the difference.
 
Returns
 
Although we hope you love your order, there may be times when you need to return items to us. To do so, simply follow the instructions below:
 
To return an item for a refund:
Please send us an email at sales@annrees.co.uk explaining that you would like to return your purchase for a refund so we can keep an eye out for it. A reason would be appreciated for feedback purposes.  Return it to us at ... 4 Coppings Brook Cottages, Leigh, Tonbridge, Kent. TN11 8PP ... ensuring that it is unused, undamaged and in a re-saleable condition in order to receive a full refund, minus postage unless the item is faulty.  Please include your original packing slip and a brief note detailing your desire for a refund.
  • You will be responsible for the cost of returning your items unless they are faulty. 
  • Where items are received back damaged and therefore cannot added to our exhibition stock for resale.  You will only be eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Please return items using Royal Mail second class postage and retain proof of postage until we have refunded you.  Refunds will be issued after the items have been received back.
  • Bespoke orders are not eligible for refunds except in cases where items are faulty or when we feel the chances of us being able to resell them are favourable.
 
To return an item for an exchange:
Please send us an email at sales@annrees.co.uk explaining that you would like to return your purchase for an exchange so we can keep an eye out for it.  Return it to us at ... 4 Coppings Brook Cottages, Leigh, Tonbridge, Kent. TN11 8PP ... ensuring that it is unused, undamaged and in a re-saleable condition in order to be eligible for an exchange.  Please include your original packing slip and a brief note detailing the changes that you need us to make.
  • You will be responsible for the cost of returning your item except in cases where we have made a mistake resulting in the need for an exchange or the item is faulty.
  • In cases where items are received back damaged and therefore cannot added to our exhibition stock for resale.  You will not be eligible for an exchange.
  • Please return items using Royal Mail second class and retain proof of postage until you have received your replacement. 
  • Exchanges are made alongside our regular orders so may take 5 - 7 working days to get back to you.
  • Bespoke orders are not eligible for exchange except in cases where items are faulty or when we feel the chances of us being able to resell them are favourable.
Faulty Items:
The quality of our products is extremely important to us and therefore if you receive goods that are faulty or damaged upon delivery, please get in touch within 48 hours, and we will do everything we can to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.  
 
If goods develop a fault within 6 months from the date of receipt, we will exchange or repair the product provided the fault has occurred due to general wear and tear or, of course, if there has been a product part failure.  Unfortunately, 'general wear and tear'  doesn't include products that have been ... chewed on by puppies, drawn on by children, worn in the sea or river, scratched at by claws, in contact with flea treatment and or generally not treated with due care and attention.
