TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms do not supersede your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Act, but are designed to clarify the principles and procedures of how we operate. Placing an order signifies that you agree to our terms and conditions of sale.

Ann Rees reserves the right at any time to modify, alter, amend or update these terms and conditions, and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations, amendments or updates.

Prices:

All prices listed on annrees.co.uk are correct at the time of entering the information, however, we reserve the right to change prices of any product at any time.

1.2 Our prices include Value Add Tax (VAT)

1.2 Prices are in GBP Sterling.

Ordering:
2.1 When placing an order, you agree that any and all information given is accurate and complete.

2.2 All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.  Ann Rees is entitled to refuse any order placed by you for any reason.

2.3 Availability information for products is listed on each individual product description. If Ann Rees is unable to fulfill or may experience a delay with your order we will notify you as soon as we can.

2.4 A confirmation email will be sent to acknowledge receipt of your order and confirm payment has been authorized.

2.5 You must check all the order details in the confirmation email and contact us immediately if they are incorrect.

2.6 If your order is not accepted, you will receive an email explaining the reasons why.

Payment:

3.1 Ann Rees uses Paypal allowing the customer to pay with their Paypal account or a debit or credit card.
3.2 In the event the customer can not pay via Paypal, Ann Rees can also accept bank transfers as payment methods from UK customers, please get in touch to find out more.

3.2 Ann Rees does not accept cheques.

Postage & Packaging:

4.1 All UK orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail, First or Second class postage within 5-7 working days. Please note that goods will not be dispatched on weekends, bank holidays or any other public holiday.

4.2 Larger/Heavier packages may be dispatched using an Ann Rees chosen courier service. 

4.3 International orders will be dispatched using a Royal Mail tracked service within 5-7 working days. Please note that goods will not be dispatched on weekends, bank holidays or any other public holiday.

4.4 Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only although every effort will be made to complete orders within the estimated time.


Postage & Packaging charges:

5.1 Standard delivery is charged at £3.50 for UK orders, with delivery 2-3 days from order dispatch.

5.2 Next Day Delivery is not available owing to all of our products being made to order.  However, if you are in urgent need of an item please contact us by telephone or email and we will do our best to assist your request.

5.3 International delivery is charged at set rates for different areas of the world outlined in our 'delivery information' page.  All international parcels are sent via a tracked service.


Duties & Local taxes:
6.1 The customer is responsible for any duties and/or taxes at the point of entry into the destination country.

6.2 Ann Rees is VAT registered in the UK and all prices shown include VAT.

Changing or cancelling an order:

7.1 If you wish to make a change to or cancel your order please try contact us with 24 hours.

Returns:
8.1 If for any reason you are not happy with your Ann Rees purchase, please email us as soon as you can at sales@annrees.co.uk.  Then simply return the items to us unused, undamaged and in a re-saleable condition including a copy of the original dispatch note and a note stating whether you wish to be given a refund or you'd like to exchange. 

8.2 In the case of an exchange of item, please include your new details (size, colours) in the returning note.

8.3 All goods should be returned to us within 30 days of receipt, to receive an exchange or refund.

8.4 Bespoke items are non-refundable.

8.5 For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the goods, except in the case of faulty items. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of postage until your return has been processed.

8.6 Any goods returned incomplete or damaged will not be exchanged and will only be partially refunded.

8.7 Please note that refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment.

Faulty goods:
9.1 If you receive goods that are faulty or damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

9.2 If goods are found to be faulty within 6 months from the date of receipt of goods, Ann Rees will exchange or repair the product provided the fault has occurred from general wear and tear. Unfortunately this doesn't include products that have been chewed on by puppies, drawn on by children, worn in the sea, scratched at by claws, worn over flea treatment and so forth.

9.3 Under the Sale Of Goods Act Ann Rees will not be held liable for any goods after 6 months from the date of recipt of goods.

Confidentiality:
10.1 We take all reasonable precautions to keep information supplied to us by customers strictly confidential. We do not supply our 'mailing information' to any third parties but may use it to advise our clients of goods we feel may be of interest to them, unless expressly instructed otherwise.

10.2 Information supplied to us may be stored on a computer system for our convenience, but will not be supplied to any outside agency. 

Product Imagery:

11.1 The images of products shown on the Ann Rees website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours accurately reflect the actual colours of the products. The product you receive may vary slightly in colour from the image on your screen.​

Intellectual property:
12.1 You acknowledge and agree that all the intellectual property on the website including (but not limited to) logos, images of products are owned by us. You agree not to (and ensure no other person shall) copy, reproduce, edit, transmit, publish, display, or use in any manner such intellectual property without our express permission.

Disclaimer:
13.1 Ann Rees will not be held liable for any accident or injury caused to pets as a result of misuse of any of our products.

We are a small business.  We work a lot.  However, we do also take the odd holiday, we do get sidetracked by grandchildren, we do snuggle with sick kids and we don't work on Sundays.  

We cannot promise next day delivery but we can promise beautiful handmade products in a timely fashion.
