DELIVERY INFORMATION
Each and every one of our products is handmade to order so unfortunately if you are looking for that ubiquitous 'next day delivery' service, we are sadly not the place for you! That being said, we will always do our utmost to get your order to you as quickly as possible and will normally be ready to dispatch in 5 - 7 days - sometimes sooner.

And, of course, if you do have a desperate need it's always worth a phone call!

In the event of any unforeseen circumstances which may cause a delay we will contact you immediately to confirm whether or not you wish to proceed with the order.

Most packages, both domestic and international, will be shipped using Royal Mail. Although exceptionally large or heavy orders (those exceeding 2kg) may have to be shipped using another parcel carrier and therefore delivery costs may be different to those quoted here. Delivery times for bespoke orders will be quoted on a case by case basis.
